For Marikina City residents, here's this year's schedule for cat and dog registration and rabies vaccination printed on a flyer I found this morning. This is a program by the Marikina City Veterinary Office in cooperation with the City Health Office, City Council, Barangays and various offices concerned.

FOR NEW APPLICANTS

For the Owner

1. Duly accomplished APPLICATION FORM
2. Photo of the dog & cat (Full body, side view)
3. Photo of the owner (2x2 size)
4. Registration Fee: Php 75.00

FOR RENEWAL

For the Owner

1. Present the Dog Tag/Old Registration Papers
2. Duly accomplish APPLICATION FORM
3. Registration Fee: Php 75.00

For the Pet

1. Certificate/proof of Anti-Rabies Vaccination
2. In the absence of Rabies Vaccination, please bring the animal for the necessary vaccination.

ANTI-RABIES VACCINATION IS FREE UPON REGISTRATION
