attendance of cara at up tribunal-no longer needed *late post

I was disappointed when I read this one,I know,once again,another late post but...

I truly cannot say what will happen now

I have been emailing, txting and calling Atty Alex for 3 weeks to discuss our strategy and compilation of evidence - and all I got was a call from the receptionist yesterday saying that Atty had to leave office for an engagement and could not return my call

He is a pro-bono lawyer for CARA and I know that he cannot give us the time and service he gives paying clients

But he left us hanging in mid air. At the last hearing he did not come and sent a junior lawyer who knew nothing about the case. He did not bring any evidence and was clueless. This was a big disappointment for us.

I called Atty Alex after this fiasco hearing and told him that we needed to discuss evidence needed in detail and that I would ask friends to send the blog with JC photo and name. I did this and forwarded to Atty Alex. I told him it was important that he had to be the one to appear at the hearing and not any other junior lawyer.

There were other things required which I kept emailing and txting him about - but Never had the courtesy of a reply

UP student witnesses are laying low. Seems no one can locate them.

Perhaps PAWS will get somewhere with their criminal case against JC.

So sad that CARA could not help bring justice for this innocent kitten! We tried.

What will happen, Nancy? Does this mean that the case is out of the window if you don't show up?

What happened to those UP students who were condemning Candare? Can't they speak up?
