please rescue him

Got this from my muktiply..For volunteers/animal lovers in Pampanga pls do something about this:

hello fellow animal lover,

i'm e mailing you guys because I'd like to ask for a rescue operation concerning this poor creature lying around street corner
This dog is a former pet of a old woman who lack care for the animal causing the dog to be dirty and he look like sick, very sick...
He has this severe skin rash that made a big circle on his side and it grows big and big everytime I see the dog.
I can't talk to the owner because I know they will just say "just leave it alone"
But I can't stand anymore the pain of the dog. I can't go near because it may attack me.
Pls I'm begging

If you'll come at our street you will quickly notice it. By the way the location is: moon street, Donia Anicia Subd. Dau, Mabalacat Pampanga. You dont need to make house-to-house search he's already sleeping in the street. No one cares.
